Get ready to absolutely floor every audience with a card, a toothpick, and a borrowed banknote.

A card with a single hole in the center of its long edge is shown to your audience. You then borrow a bill and fold it in half. Everything happens just inches from their eyes, so they don't suspect you of doing anything fishy.

The card is placed inside the bill, and the toothpick is pierced right through, trapping the card inside the bill. You hold everything up and show it from front and back. You can even allow your participant to tug on the card to ensure that it is stuck.

Impossibly, you then move the card to the right. You then move it to the left. It's as if the hole is moving alongside the card. You remove the toothpick and the card to show that the hole is no longer in the center.

You then reassemble everything and bring the hole back to the center.
